1. Product & Access

  • 39th Sense is a digital product available as a Notion template. A Notion account (free or paid) is required to use this template.
  • This is a one-time purchase.
  • Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link and instructions to duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace.

2. Payment & Delivery

  • Purchases can be made through our website, 39thsense.com, which redirects to Gumroad (for USD payments) and Paystack (for NGN payments).
  • Payments are processed securely through these third party platforms.
  • You will receive immediate access to the template via email after completing your purchase.

3. Refund Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as there is no way to ‘revoke’ access to your second brain once you have it.
  • Kindly check out our landing page, 39thsense.com, and FAQs sections to help you see if 39th sense is a great fit for you. If you’re not sure about it or are not willing to use Notion to make your content creation seamless, please, do not purchase.
  • If you do not receive your email after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

4. Usage & Restrictions

  • You may modify the contents within 39th Sense for your personal or business use.
  • Certain core areas should remain unchanged to ensure compatibility with future updates. We will provide guidance on what should not be modified within the product.
  • You may NOT:
    • Resell, redistribute, or share the template with others.
    • Claim the template as your own.
    • Use one purchased item for multiple people or clients.

  • We provide a comprehensive knowledge base with step-by-step instructions, FAQs, and walkthrough videos.

  • 39th Sense is built on Notion, a third-party platform. We are not responsible for any changes, updates, or downtime on Notion’s end that may affect 39th Sense’s functionality.
  • This product is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Notion.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your Notion account is active and functional to use 39th Sense.

7. Amendments & Updates

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of 39th Sense after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By purchasing 39th Sense, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase. In the situation of unauthorized resale, redistribution, or branding violations, we reserve the right to invoice you for the access you have given to others, terminate your license, and/or sue for any and all damages.
